From 2001 till early 2009 Carel has held National Sales Management positions predominantly in the Finance, Investment Property and Mortgage Restructuring industries and has become well respected for his skills in Sales Development, Sales Training, Coaching for Performance and Change Management of small to medium high performance sales teams.
Carel lives in the Botany area, is married and has 3 teenage children. His hobbies include spending quality time with his family, rock climbing, tramping, property development, travel and cooking.

Max has broad experience in the New Zealand market place ranging from various positions in the banking industry to founding and establishing 3 companies operating in FMCG, advertising and property development. He also has significant experience in grooming companies for sale.
Max holds qualifications in Business Management, Communication and International Relations. He also functions as a Business Mentor for Trade and Enterprise and has recently been trained in the Zach Investment Readiness process.
Max lives in Farm Cove with 2 women, 1 is his wife Nicola, the other is Asher their super charged crawler. Max enjoys family time. He has also been spotted on the odd squash court, amongst friends at social gatherings, helping with community initiatives and in the kitchen cooking with Asher.

LANE SANGER
Lane has been working alongside businesses for the last 8 years in New Zealand and in South East Asia. His understanding in Employment related matters has assisted Company’s in increasing productivity, empowering staff and significantly reducing absenteeism. Lane has successfully negotiated scores of Collective Contracts within New Zealand and overseas along with providing company’s with the tools to handle the every changing environment.
Although a specialist in Industrial Relations, Lane’s latest project in Malaysia was to make an instant impact on increasing Sales and reducing costs for a mid size Distribution Company. In 2008 their sales increased 300% in 9 months whilst also increasing gross margins. Although impressive, perhaps the biggest benefit to the company was to provide all staff with clarity on their roles and bring about harmony and ownership within the organisation.
Lane lives in Orewa, is married with 2 teenage children. He has represented Taranaki at the most senior level in Golf. His latest handicap was 3. Lane enjoys travelling with his family and experiencing the many cultures that the world has to offer. Work Life balance is very important also.

MIKE EDGINGTON
Mike has a real passion for the manufacturing sector in New Zealand, and is focused on driving improvement within an organisation and its supply chain to ensure continued success for shareholders, and manufacturing as a whole in NZ.
He has worked in manufacturing for over 20 years, with experience across a broad range of industries including metals, refrigeration, electrical/electronics and textiles. Mike holds a New Zealand Certificate in Mechanical Engineering and has had formal LEAN training from NZ, Australian and U.S. experts.
Mike’s recent focus has been around systems and personnel development, specifically looking at improving business performance. Mike uses LEAN techniques and has an in-depth knowledge of MRP/ERP, so looks to use these, and other methodologies, to achieve the best outcome for the business, its staff and customers.
Living in the Onehunga area, Mike is married with 2 young sons, and when he’s not working or spending time with his family he enjoys mountain biking, fishing, rock climbing and music.

DEAN PREBBLE
Dean has a real passion for business start ups and entrepreneurship.
His early experience was in accounting and finance roles but the pull of the entrepreneurial world soon saw him gain first hand experience in taking a company from start-up to share market listing.
Dean then moved into consulting, coaching and teaching roles with a range of organisations and became very experienced in the area of high growth businesses.
Dean’s focus on start-ups and growth is the result of over 25 years experience with literally hundreds of small and medium sized businesses.
Dean lives in Remuera and is married with four school-aged children. When not with his family Dean can be seen flying down Portland Road at high speed on his road bike or in the Eden Park stands.
